Sale of Tickets for Republic Day Parade 2026 and Beating Retreat Events to Begin from January 5

The sale of tickets for the Republic Day Parade 2026, Full Dress Rehearsal of Beating Retreat, and the Beating Retreat Ceremony will commence from January 5, 2026, according to an official announcement issued by Press Information Bureau (PIB), Delhi.

The events are among the most prestigious ceremonies of India’s national calendar and attract thousands of spectators every year.

Tickets can be purchased directly through the official Aamantran portal of the Ministry of Defence:

Offline Mode (Physical Counters)

Tickets can also be purchased from designated counters in Delhi by producing an original valid photo ID such as:

  • Aadhaar Card
  • Voter ID
  • Driving Licence
  • PAN Card
  • Passport
  • Central/State Government-issued ID

👉 The same photo ID must be carried while attending all three events.
