LG Electronics has announced a major expansion of its lifestyle television portfolio with the launch of its new Gallery TV, an art-focused screen designed to blend premium entertainment with interior design. The company plans to officially showcase the product at CES 2026, positioning it as a television that goes beyond conventional viewing and becomes part of a curated living space.
The Gallery TV is designed for consumers who value aesthetics as much as technology, offering a screen that functions like a digital art canvas while still delivering high-end picture and sound performance.
A TV Designed as a Living Art Canvas
The new LG Gallery TV has been created with a strong focus on home décor and spatial harmony. According to the company, the television is intended to seamlessly integrate into modern interiors, giving homes the look and feel of a private art gallery.
At the core of the experience is Gallery Mode, which has been developed in collaboration with museum curators. This mode fine-tunes color accuracy, brightness, and contrast to closely replicate the texture and depth of original artworks. A specially engineered display reduces glare and reflections, ensuring that artworks remain clear and lifelike under different lighting conditions.
The TV also automatically adapts its picture settings based on ambient light, maintaining consistent visual quality throughout the day.
Slim Design With Customization Options
Available in 55-inch and 65-inch sizes, the LG Gallery TV features a slim, flush-mount design that sits close to the wall, enhancing its artwork-like appearance. Users can further personalize the look of the TV using customizable magnetic frames, allowing it to match different interior styles.
The TV also includes ample internal storage, enabling users to save and curate their favorite visual content directly on the device.
Premium Entertainment Performance
While the Gallery TV emphasizes design and art, it does not compromise on performance. The TV is powered by LG’s MiniLED technology and the α (Alpha) 7 AI Processor, delivering sharp 4K visuals with improved brightness and contrast.
For audio, LG has equipped the Gallery TV with AI Sound Pro, offering a virtual 9.1.2-channel sound experience that adapts to content type and room acoustics. This ensures immersive sound whether users are viewing artwork, watching films, or streaming shows.
LG Gallery+: Completing the Experience
The Gallery TV experience is enhanced by LG Gallery+, a content service that transforms TV screens into versatile interior elements. The platform offers a library of more than 4,500 artworks and visual pieces, refreshed monthly.
The collection spans fine art, cinematic visuals, animated designs, game-inspired graphics, and atmospheric scenes, allowing users to tailor their screens to match their mood, season, or décor preferences.
Creative Freedom With AI and Personal Content
Beyond its curated library, LG Gallery+ allows users to create personalized visuals using Generative AI, enabling custom designs and imagery. Users can also display personal photos and memories, turning the TV into a digital photo frame or storytelling canvas.
To further enhance ambiance, LG Gallery+ supports background music. Users can select built-in tracks or stream their own playlists via Bluetooth, creating a fully immersive visual and audio environment.
A Lifestyle-Centered Vision for TVs
LG says the Gallery TV reflects its broader strategy of transforming televisions into lifestyle companions rather than just entertainment devices. The Gallery+ service is already available across LG’s TV lineup, reinforcing the company’s focus on personalization and creative expression.
Park Hyoung-sei, President of LG’s Media Entertainment Solution Company, stated that LG aims to redefine how consumers interact with screens by allowing them to design every aspect of their personal spaces.
CES 2026 Showcase
LG will present its complete Art TV lineup, including the new Gallery TV, at CES 2026 in Las Vegas. The showcase will highlight how televisions can evolve into design-forward elements that complement modern living.
Visitors can experience LG’s lifestyle TV range at the LG booth (#15004) at the Las Vegas Convention Center during the event.
