Evaluation Criteria
The entries will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Judging Panel: A jury appointed by the organizers, comprising editorial team members and/or external judges, will assess the entries.
- Assessment Process: The panel will determine the winning photos based on creativity, relevance to the theme, and overall impact.
- Announcement of Results: Winners will be announced on the contest’s official website, social media platforms, and other appropriate channels.
- Final Decision: The decision of the judging panel will be final and binding.
- Authentication: The UP Government reserves the right to request original JPEG or RAW files with unaltered EXIF data for verification purposes. Non-compliance may lead to disqualification.

The winners of the Maha Kumbh Moments Photography Contest will receive the following rewards:

- Second Prize: ₹15,000/-
- Third Prize: ₹10,000/-
Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility: The contest is open to all Indian citizens.
- Originality: Photographs must be original and should not contain any third-party materials without proper licensing.
- Image Requirements:
- No borders, logos, copyright marks, or identifying marks.
- No advanced editing to create illusions, deceptions, or manipulations.
- Photos should be of printable quality and submitted in JPEG or PNG format.
- Content Restrictions:
- Images must not include inappropriate or offensive content such as provocative nudity, violence, or environmental violations.
- Submissions violating Indian law, religious norms, or cultural values will be disqualified.

- A unique title and description must accompany each photograph.
- Entries must be submitted through MyGov.in. Other submission methods will not be accepted.
- Copyright and Licensing:
- Copyrights remain with the creator, but participants grant the UP Government a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the images for promotional, editorial, or educational purposes.
- Submissions must comply with the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.
- Deadline: Submissions will not be accepted after the deadline.
- MyGov Profile: Participants must ensure their MyGov profile is complete before submission.
- Organizer Rights: The organizers reserve the right to amend or withdraw the competition and its terms at any time.
- Final Decision: The committee’s decision will be final and not subject to re-evaluation.
