In Jammu and Kashmir’s Poonch district, something terrible occurred. A group of four terrorists attacked a convoy of the Indian Air Force. This happened near Shahsitar around 6:15 pm on a Saturday. The convoy was heading back to its base when the terrorists struck.
The attack was sudden and violent. The terrorists started firing at the convoy, catching the soldiers off guard. Sadly, one soldier lost his life, and four others got hurt. The injured soldiers were rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment. Despite the doctors’ best efforts, one of the critically wounded soldiers couldn’t make it.
The Indian Air Force responded to the attack, saying they were aware of what happened. They mentioned that they were searching the area to ensure everyone’s safety and find out more about the attack.
This attack reminds us that terrorism is still a big threat, especially in places like Jammu and Kashmir. Even though our soldiers work hard to keep us safe, attacks like these show how tough their job is. It’s important for everyone to support them and stand together against terrorism.
As we remember the soldier who lost his life and pray for the injured ones, we must also remember their bravery and sacrifice. Let’s all work together to fight terrorism and make our country safer for everyone.
